what we do?

We are one of the largest growers of Australian native finger limes, offering a diverse and unique range of varieties with exclusive sizes, colours and flavour profiles. Famous for its use in world class culinary kitchens, the citrus caviar derived from finger limes has become a popular premium ingredient for many chefs across the globe.
Beginning as a small backyard venture in 2012, the last decade has seen OZ Finger Lime expand to several sites including a large orchard in Northern Victoria of over 5000 mature trees. Despite finger limes being a subtropical fruit usually grown in warmer climates such as Queensland and Northern NSW, through many years of research OZ Finger Lime has pioneered the production of this fruit in the cool climates of Victoria.
Being a family business, OZ Finger Lime is passionate about finger lime production and is a key board member with the Australian Native Fingerlime Alliance (ANFA) in providing expertise and knowledge on cultivation, pest management and the development of new varieties.
